- One email follow up/clarification per visit is included at no additional charge. Subsequent emails initiated by the patient are subject to fee. Communication with staff are always free. Email exchanges initiated by our physician is complimentary.

Prices are not guaranteed until the patient has been evaluated by the medical doctor. Pathology fee is not included in pricing. Pathology fee is flat-rate of $80 per specimen. Direct pay pricing must be agreed upon before the appointment. Prices cannot be retroactively updated. Direct pay pricing is subject to change at Golden Oak Dermatology's discretion. Payment in full due before appointments and procedures.
